Most models come with a gate bias voltage is -5V, but we also offer some model with -3V output. DC/DC converter + regulator for gate bias voltage Stabilization regulator for drain voltage stabilization + sequence control switch TFS series: drain voltage ON/OFF TTL input TFV series: variable negative voltage output TFP Series The series is divided into two subgroups based on maximum drain and gate current volume. TFP03x-F Base model TF series board, supplying 3A drain and 20/30mA gate minimum current TFP508C-F Supplies current of 12A drain and 80mA gate. Drain side output voltage is set at +10V by the factory, but can be mechanically adjusted within the range of +8V~+12V. (However, the output voltage selection is affected by input voltage range. Please contact us for more complete information.) TFS Series The model's basic design configuration is identical to the TFP508C-F with the addition of a TTL control switch. Applying an external TTL level signal turns drain side output voltage ON and OFF. TFV Series The TFV03-x-F is identical to the TFP03x-F, except that a second negative voltage output terminal is added. This output can be manually adjusted within a range of 0 to -5V (-3V for some models) by using a potentiometer. TMF Series The TMF53xx-F uses MOS FET as control transistors, which makes it possible to reduce the differential between input voltage to the power board and output voltage, as well as increasing the maximum current to 20A. TMS Series The TMS55HB-F is fundamentally identical to the TMF53xx-F , but it includes a feature to apply an external TTL level signal to turn the drain side output voltage ON and OFF. SFP Series The SFP series provides the same basic gate voltage supply and sequencing protection as the TF series but does not have a series regulator for the drain voltage output. Output voltage depends entirely on input voltage, and since there is no regulation circuitry as in the TF series, power loss can only be smaller than the switch circuit loss. The SFP series has both -5V and -3V gate bias output voltage models. T3M Series This power board is available only in a -3V bias voltage model and has no drain voltage. TGS Series GaN FET solution with adjustable voltage range from +24V ~ +50V.
