TFV Series
Features
- Uses single positive power input.
- Outputs stabilized negative gate voltage and positive drain voltage to a GaAs FET
- Outputs negative gate voltage to the FET before switching on output of positive drain voltage, and controls positive on/off switch to protect the FET.
- Has two negative gate voltage output terminals, a fixed output and one that be varied.
- Low output ripple voltage: less than 10mVp-p
- Wide operating temperature range: from -30°C to +70°C
