DC Power Boards
TMF Series
Features
- Uses single positive power input
- Outputs stabilized negative gate voltage and positive drain voltage to a GaAs FET
- Outputs negative gate voltage to FET before switching on output of positive drain voltage, and controls positive
on/off switch to protect the FET. - Uses a MOSFET regulator to reduce the difference in potential between input and output voltages, curbing loss.
- Drain current: up to 20 A
- Low output ripple voltage: less than 30mVp-p
- Wide operating temperature range: from -30°C to +70°C
